#Getting started

Which mailboxes work with MyFlow?

Gmail and Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Connect one in the app under Menu → Settings → Mailboxes, or on the web. You can connect more than one.

How do I sign in?

With Google, with your UP-TO-DATE account, or with the email and password you set in Settings → Password.

#Using MyFlow

Does MyFlow send email without asking me?

No. MyFlow drafts replies, but nothing is sent until you tap Send. After that you have a minute to undo it.

What can I ask Flow?

Anything about your mail, calendar and tasks, for example "What did Anna say about the quote?" or "What's on my plate today?". Type in Ask, or talk to Flow out loud.

Can I change how the replies sound?

Yes. In Settings → Writing style MyFlow learns from mail you've sent, and you can add your own instructions and a signature.

#Your data and account

What does MyFlow do with my email?

It reads your mail only to help you: to sort it, draft replies and answer your questions. We never sell your data, never show ads, and don't let AI providers train on your content. The details are in the Privacy Statement.

How do I disconnect a mailbox?

Menu → Settings → Mailboxes, then choose the mailbox and disconnect it. You can also remove MyFlow's access in your Google or Microsoft account settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Menu → Settings → Delete my account. This deletes your account and everything MyFlow keeps. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
