The product

One assistant. Your whole workday.

Not six tools bolted together — one system that sees your email, your calendar, your tasks and your people at the same time.

Inbox

An inbox that sorts, summarises and answers itself

Every 30 minutes Flow reads new mail and gives it a priority, a category and a one-line summary — then writes the reply in your voice. You approve. It sends.

  • Priority + category on every email — Urgent, Important, FYI, Low
  • Reply drafts written in your writing style, learned from your sent mail
  • Action items extracted straight out of the thread into your task list
  • Semantic search, thread summaries, snooze, send-later and read receipts
  • Real Gmail labels written back to your mailbox — To Respond, FYI, Meeting…

Inbox Cleanup

Unsubscribe from the noise, in one click

Flow ranks every newsletter and notification sender by how much of your inbox they actually consume — then unsubscribes for real, using one-click headers, not a fake filter.

  • 90-day scan of every subscription-style sender, ranked by volume
  • True one-click unsubscribe (RFC one-click, List-Unsubscribe, mailto fallback)
  • Bulk unsubscribe, roll-up, and archive-everything-from-this-sender

Calendar & Tasks

A calendar that preps you, and tasks that schedule themselves

Flow reads the meeting, reads the attendees, reads the thread history — and hands you the prep note before you walk in.

  • Two-way Google Calendar sync — month, week and agenda views
  • AI meeting prep attached to the event: context, history, talking points
  • Smart scheduling — Flow ranks the best slots against your real availability
  • Two-way Google Tasks sync, auto-scheduling of tasks onto your calendar
  • Board, list and compact views · dedupe · bulk actions · CSV export

Marian is waiting on the INFRA nav reorder (open since Tue). Last invoice €4,200, paid. Two open tasks reference this project — both due this week.

And the rest of it

Twelve more things you stop doing by hand.

Flow Chat

An agentic assistant on every screen. It searches your mail, reads threads, checks your calendar, creates tasks and drafts replies — with voice input.

Daily Briefing

7:30 AM, your timezone: the drafts waiting for approval, the tasks due, the meetings ahead. Approve and send straight from the queue.

Contacts

A CRM that builds itself from your email. Volume, recency, VIPs, who's gone quiet — plus a per-contact AI chat over your whole history with them.

Companies

The same view, one level up. See which organisations actually own your inbox, who works there, and what they send you.

Billing Inbox

Flow finds the invoices and receipts hiding in your mail and pulls out vendor, amount, currency and invoice number. Export to CSV.

Subscriptions

Track what you pay for every month — amount, currency, billing day, category — and see the real monthly total.

Booking Links

Branded public booking pages with your avatar, banner, availability hours, custom intake questions and an auto-created Meet link.

Templates

Reusable email templates, previewable and insertable straight from the composer.

Analytics

Volume, read rate, average response time, priority mix, top senders, how much the AI handled — over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Read Receipts

Know when the email you actually cared about got opened.

Daily Journal

An end-of-day narrative of what you actually did — written for you, every evening, in your timezone.

Reflect

A thinking partner. Daily: connections, patterns, a question. Weekly: your emerging thesis, contradictions, knowledge gaps, one action.

Workflow engine

Automation that doesn't just move data — it thinks.

Describe what you want in plain English and Flow builds the workflow. Because the AI is a first-class step — not a bolted-on webhook — a workflow can classify, summarise, decide and write, then stop and ask you before it does anything irreversible.

Scheduled — Weekly Report · Fri 4:00 PM

Aggregates tasks, meetings and email highlights. Drafts your manager update.

Memory

It gets better every night.

At 2 AM, nine extractors go through your day and update what Flow knows about you — how you write, who matters, what you keep putting off, which projects are live. The next morning, every draft and every answer is sharper for it.

And it's not a black box. Open the Memory tab and you can read, edit or delete anything it has learned.

Personal

Your writing style, your working hours, your scheduling preferences.

Episodic

What happened — journals, recently completed tasks, the last few weeks.

Semantic

Who's who, how you relate to them, your triage patterns, active projects.

Working

What's live right now, retrieved per message and injected into the answer.

Always on

Flow works when you don't.

You don't press a button to make any of this happen. It just runs.

Control

An assistant, not an autopilot you can't switch off.

Nothing sends itself

Every AI-written reply waits for your approval. Flow drafts — you send. Workflows that touch money or people can require an approval gate.

Your Google, your rules

Standard Google OAuth for Gmail, Calendar and Tasks. Disconnect any time from Settings, and Flow stops.

Memory you can see

Everything Flow remembers about you is browsable, editable and deletable — memory is not a black box.

Delete it all

GDPR account deletion is a button in Settings, not a support ticket.

Questions, answered.

Does Flow send emails without me?

No. Flow writes the draft and puts it in your briefing queue. It is sent when you approve it. That is a deliberate design decision — an assistant that sends mail behind your back is a liability, not a feature.

How does it learn to write like me?

It analyses your sent mail to build a writing-style profile — tone, greeting, sign-off, the phrases you actually use — and every draft is generated against that profile plus your signature.

What does it connect to?

Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Tasks via Google OAuth. It also connects to the UP-TO-DATE Memory and Automation platforms, and to ContentKit for meeting transcriptions.

Which AI model is behind it?

Claude, by Anthropic. Sonnet handles chat, drafting and reasoning; Haiku handles the high-volume classification work like triage and invoice extraction.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Companies and teammates are managed through your UP-TO-DATE workspace, you can share a workspace context with teammates, and an email thread can be shared read-only via a link.

Stop managing your inbox.
Start running your day.

Connect Gmail and Google Calendar, and Flow starts triaging within minutes.
