Manual install

Install in under a minute

While the UP-TO-DATE Flow extension is still in review for the Chrome Web Store, you can install it manually using developer mode. Same code, same behavior.

    Download the ZIP

    Grab the latest build using the Download ZIP button above, then unzip it somewhere stable on your machine (don't delete the folder after install — Chrome loads it from disk).

    Open Chrome's extensions page

    Paste chrome://extensions into your address bar and press Enter.

    Enable Developer mode

    Flip the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner of the page.

    Load the extension

    Click Load unpacked and pick the folder you unzipped in step 1. The UP-TO-DATE Flow icon will appear in your toolbar.

    Sign in and open Gmail

    Click the extension icon, sign in with the Google account you use for Flow, then open Gmail. The Flow side panel and compose buttons are now live.
